What is the process of registering a new domain name?
  1. Search your preferred domain name and click 'Check Availability'. If you wish to transfer your existing domain name to us, please click 'Transfer'
  2. If the domain name is available, please ensure that you tick the checkbox for the available domain name, and click "Order Now"
  3. Insert your nameserver (this is for those who already subscribe your own shared hosting) If you don't have a nameserver, let it be 'default'
  4. Click 'Update cart'
  5. If you are a new customer, please fill in your details. For existing customer, click 'existing customer' tab at "your details' section and please login.
  6. Insert a promotional code (if any)
  7. Choose your payment method
  8. Please insert below details at 'Notes/Additional Information' column MYNIC registration;
    a) For individual; Name and IC No.
    b) For company; Company Name, Company Address and Company Registration No.
  9. Click 'Complete order'
  10. Invoice will be generated. Your payment information is on the right side of the invoice.

When should I submit any supporting document required for registering a new .MY domain?

You should submit your supporting document immediately after registering process is completed. Please scanned your document and send it to support@zenpipe.com You can also open a new ticket to submit the document.
